We believe in equipping and empowering women leaders, which is why we’ve made this mentoring journey as accessible as possible. A mentorship like this with two retreats, personalized coaching sessions, and high-value networking would typically cost thousands of dollars. However, through generous scholarships, we’re able to offer it for just a $100 donation per person. Dear Sisters in Leadership,
The call to lead is a sacred and powerful one, but it is not meant to be carried alone. As women leading in our churches, communities, and beyond, we often find ourselves pouring out tirelessly while longing for a place to be poured into—a space where we can grow, reflect, and be strengthened for the journey ahead.
I want to invite you to join The Collective Journey, a six-month mentoring experience created to empower and refresh women leaders like you. Together, we’ll explore what it means to lead with health and wholeness through four transformational foundations:
Core Self: Discover the strength that comes from inward reflection.
Communion: Unearth the power of sharing your story and celebrating women in theirs.
Calling: Embrace the unique design God has placed within you.
Community: Build a network of women walking in deep connection with you.
We’ll begin this with an immersive retreat, where we’ll worship, pray, and encourage each other in the Lord. From there, you’ll walk alongside a group of passionate leaders through guided study, personal mentoring, and intentional community. We’ll end by celebrating all that God has done in and through us with a closing retreat that sends you back to your ministry refreshed, recharged, and refocused.
This is not just a mentoring program; it’s a deeply transformative journey—a chance to step away from the noise, listen to God’s voice, and be sharpened alongside other women who understand the weight and the wonder of leadership.
